Season Spa is a place for relaxation inspired by the changing seasons. Here you’ll find warm pools, a cold plunge, a Finnish sauna, and a range of treatments — all designed to create balance and wellbeing. Whether you’re unwinding in the warmth of the sauna or restoring your energy with refreshing treatments, Season Spa offers a space to disconnect from everyday life and renew both body and mind.
DAYSPA PACKAGES
At Season Hotel, you don’t need to stay overnight to treat yourself to something special. If you’re looking to escape the pace of everyday life, our Day Spa is the perfect way to unwind for a few hours. Take a dip in one of our pools or warm up in the sauna – it’s all about giving yourself a well-deserved break.
OUR TREATMENTS
We also offer a senior discount Monday to Thursday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, which includes day spa access, coffee, and a pastry for 195 SEK per person. Please note that this offer is valid for guests aged 65 and over, and a valid ID must be presented upon arrival.
MULTI-VISIT CARDS
For those who enjoy visiting our spa more than just occasionally — or are looking to give a thoughtful gift that truly lasts — our Day Spa multi-visit cards are the perfect choice.
We offer two options so you can select what suits you best:
- Weekday Card (Mon–Thu): Five day spa entries, total value SEK 900
- Weekend Card (Fri–Sun): Five day spa entries, total value SEK 1,500
The multi-visit card is personal and valid for six months from the date of purchase.

SPA-AND POOL POLICY
The spa has an age limit of 18 years.
Guests aged 16–17 are welcome when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Children aged 4–15 are welcome when accompanied by a parent on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM, and Sundays from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM.
During certain school holidays, children may also be permitted at additional times. Please refer to our website for the most up-to-date information.
MINIRITUALS - FOR CONFERENCE OR LARGER GROUPS
Choose between a 15-minute Spa Break — perfect for a quick pause — or a one-hour Mini Ritual for a deeper moment of calm and wellbeing. Created for both private guests and conference groups.
SPA MINICURE – 1 HOUR
A guided group experience where you enjoy a relaxing facial ritual together using products from Kerstin Florian.The treatment includes cleansing, a hydrating mask, gua sha, facial cream, and a hand scrub with eucalyptus, finished with warm lavender towels and a refreshing facial mist.
3–10 people
Price: 250 kr/person
SPA BREAK
A short and calming pause featuring the Calm Mind aroma, a shoulder massage with warming balm, and a refreshing facial mist. Suitable for both small and larger groups.
Minimum 3 people | approx. 5 minutes per person
Price: SEK 50 per person
